YTM EduXcel Jr. Minor Scholarship for 2016 is now open for application.

1. YTM EduXcel Jr. Scholarship Package:
• Annual pocket allowance of RM 1,500.00 for two years
• Opportunity to join various development programs


2. Terms of Application:
• Open to Form 4 students in 2016
• Minimum 5A’s in PT3 2015
• Active in co-curricular activities and sports
• Total household income not more than RM 5,000 per month
• Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship or grants from other parties


3. Required supporting documents (certified hardcopy):
• A passport sized photo
• A copy of Identification Card / Birth Certificate
• A copy of PT3 examination results
• A copy of Psychometric Assessment 2015
• A copy of Parent / Guardian most recent Payslip / J Form / Income Statement
• A copy of TM Identification Card (Parent / Guardian / Immediate Family)
• Divorce/Death/OKU Certificate, if applicable
• A copy of Physical Activity, Sports, & Co-curriculum Assessment Report (copy of certificates are not required)

The checklist form of the required documents (BORANG SENARAI SEMAK) together with the certified hardcopies of supporting documents needs to be submitted latest by 18 February 2016 to:
